2024-06-15 20:46:36 +0000 UTCI'm sure that the Satan line was a reference to the network's objection that Spock looked "Satanic" in the pilot. Nimoy's performance of Spock getting offended was worth it.

I dunno whether to comment that the lampshading of spock's ears and "satanic" appearance is probably a jab at the people who didn't like him in the pilot because satanic appearance. For all I know you know that already :P
