I'll try to assess the current state of Chichimaro FANBOX 😅 (As of March 31, 2025) *It's a long post 😓

The last day of March has arrived.

This month, my drawing hasn’t been at its best, and I reflect on the fact that I may not have been able to provide posts that fully satisfied everyone.

Despite that, some of you have given me encouraging comments and messages, and I’d like to take this moment to express my gratitude to everyone, including those who continue to support me behind the scenes.

Thanks to your support, I feel like I’m starting to break through this slump (or at least, that’s what I thought as of yesterday 😅).

Since this feels like a good opportunity—though I’m not sure what exactly the opportunity is—I’ve decided to organize my thoughts on the current state of Chichimaro FANBOX.

By doing so, I hope to uncover any differences between my understanding and yours, which might help make things a little more convenient for my supporters moving forward. 😅

This may be a bit long and difficult to read, so I’d really appreciate it if you could take a look whenever you have some free time!

Chichimaro (The Person Behind the Name)

First of all, "the person behind the name" may say grand things like, "I will become a great ero artist!" but in reality, they are just someone who loves drawing—just like those on Pixiv who work hard to have their art seen by many people. Rather than being particularly talented, it's more that they are incapable of doing much else at a high level.

Especially weak points include talking to people, writing, and thinking logically. (The brevity of daily post captions speaks for itself 😅).

Also, their memory is practically nonexistent!

However, they are certainly working hard every day to create art that resonates with as many people as possible. 😆

This is the kind of person running things here.

Erotic Illustrations

Basically, I specialize in slightly (or maybe quite?) erotic single illustrations.

・Illustrations of girls and women with tattoos and piercings

・Illustrations under the theme "Cute Girls × Groman" exploring the contrast between the two

・Illustrations where I replace sports or company uniforms with tattoo designs

・"Kaizou-chan" (Modified Girls)

I occasionally draw works in manga format, but they take a lot of time, and the reception hasn't been all that great 😅.

That said, I truly respect those who can create manga and admire them, so I still sketch down any random ideas that come to mind to avoid forgetting them.

As you may have guessed, I'm not great at setting up characters or constructing and organizing stories.

Those who have supported me for a long time probably already know, but there are quite a few projects stuck in a "Yeah, yeah, I'll get to it… (but never do)" phase 😭.

(She's now pretty much just a comedic relief character, sneaking into unrelated works.)

・Misaki-sensei

(She’s slowly turning into a comedic character in my head. Some fans are still rooting for her, so I’m barely keeping her afloat.)

・The Café Owner

(…I might kind of want to forget about this one 😓.)

And so on…😭 Sorry!

(I might be cursed with a "say it but never do it" jinx 😓.)

Along with these illustrations, I also post PSD files and time-lapse videos capturing my drawing process.

Future Plans

In addition to the above illustrations,

・Lingerie Series featuring alluring older women

The piece featuring a display window received good feedback, so I think it would be great to make it a series 😊.

Whenever I run out of ideas, or just want to show some respect, I'd also like to try drawing fan art in a pure and sincere way.

I've been receiving advice from various people, and although I’m struggling to execute it, I want to keep trying.

The challenge is to create a series that shows the progression of one girl or woman.

Since manga is a high hurdle, it would be more like providing it in a CG collection format, perhaps?

I remember declaring something similar a long time ago, but I still haven't been able to do it 😓.

(Have I attempted something similar with the “Kaizou-chan” series? 🤔)

The flow would be something like this:

1, Prepare a rough character design for the woman.

2, Start with the character in a normal pose.

3, Show a candid snapshot that captures the essence of the character.

4, A scene where she undresses or in lingerie.

5, The main scene (e.g., blowjob, titfuck, penetration, etc. – with a male participant?).

6, After-scene (e.g., facial, internal ejaculation, or cumshot).

And then perhaps add:

7, Piercings or tattoos on the character.

8, Modify her (e.g., make the clitoris, nipples, or vagina enlarged, turning her into a "Kaizou-chan").

9, Pregnancy (making her look like she's in the late stages of pregnancy).

This is roughly what's in my head right now.

Manga is a high hurdle, but with this approach, I feel like I might be able to do something, right?

(Who am I even asking? 😅)

Since I don’t think I can work on just this non-stop, I plan to draw other illustrations in between and take a long-term approach. What do you think?

For example, it could be helpful to get feedback on what kind of characters you’d like to see, and I might be able to continue drawing characters from single illustrations I’ve already done. (Although there may be some characters I can’t draw as well as others from single pieces 😅).

Usability of Chichimaro FANBOX

About the Files

It’s been about three and a half years since I started posting here, so the number of posts has become quite large.

With FANBOX’s features, even I, as the creator, find it quite stressful to search for past artwork.

Although the usability from the perspective of supporters may be a little different, I’ve received messages about this, so I’d like to touch on it a bit.

When I first started FANBOX, I didn’t know anything, so I just posted JPG illustrations.

Eventually, I started posting works with variations, and when the number of variations increased, I received requests from supporters to "zip the files together, as the page loading was heavy,"

so when there were many variations, I started zipping them up.

As the number of variations increased even further, it became quite cumbersome to export all the images individually.

This started affecting my motivation for creating works, so I decided to provide variations in PSD files by default.

That way, people could see combinations that weren’t exported, and I thought it would be more enjoyable for viewers to switch layers freely.

At first, I posted JPGs, but later I heard that "PNG has less quality loss," and when I shared this with everyone, there were no particular objections,

so now I post in PNG format.

Whether or not there are PSD files for certain works depends on whether I thought "a PSD isn’t necessary for works without variations."

Also, regarding time-lapse videos, it’s simply that I often forget to record them 😅

Furthermore, when I record a time-lapse, the file size increases, and saving it repeatedly during the work process takes a lot of time, which becomes frustrating.

Personally, I’m not sure how supporters on FANBOX are utilizing my posts.

I’ve assumed that everyone downloads them onto their local PCs and organizes them in a way that makes sense to them.

Also, since I haven’t received any particular reports of inconvenience from others, I’ve continued to provide files in their current format.

About the Plans

Regarding the plans, they are basically as shown on the right side of the site, but I’ve heard from some overseas supporters that it’s a bit unclear, so I’ll re-organize them here.

The Good💗Chichimaro Plan is essentially a trial plan where you can view a selection of new works from the last three months.

The Sunny-sunny🌞 Chichimaro Plan was a bit tricky when deciding how to offer past works, but for now, it provides access to all posts that are not included in the Go!Go!Chichimaro Plan.

(Huh!? At this point, I’m kind of thinking that maybe the description is misleading 🤔)

The Go!Go!Chichimaro Plan allows you to view all posts, including those from lower-tier plans. You’ll also be able to view PSD files with variations and time-lapse videos here.

The Yo! Chichimaro Plan, Grin Grin🙂 Chichimaro Plan, and Happy💗Chichimaro Plan are essentially the same as the Go!Go!Chichimaro Plan. These were created for those who want to support Chichimaro even more or for those who want to give a "tip" as a reward for my efforts.

At first, I created them with a playful spirit, considering Japanese wordplay, but I’m truly grateful to the generous supporters who’ve joined these higher plans 😆

As for the future of the plans, I only have a rough idea right now, but I’m considering abolishing the Sansan🌞Chichimaro Plan and moving past posts to the upper-tier plan (Iyo!Chichimaro Plan) as monthly files (just the illustrations, excluding the articles).

The Go!Go!Chichimaro Plan will also be reorganized after a year, with PSD files and time-lapse videos being treated similarly, to make the site cleaner. This is my rough plan at this stage.

I know it might be hard for everyone to give feedback on the plans, but if you have any ideas for organizing past works more clearly, I’d appreciate it 🥰

About the File Names

Regarding file names, I know that I’m not very good at organizing files and I’m not very familiar with file resizing software, so I suspect that it might be quite difficult for you all to use.

Therefore, until now, I’ve been including titles close to the name of the artwork in the file names, but I’m thinking of switching to just using dates in the future.
