All right, this time I've added some sound, polished the physics, worked on the dude's AI and made it killable. There's still some more work to do-- I think we need a sound effect for his neck stretching and snapping. I also may edit his model now that we've gotten to this point, and I need to figure out where to put him.
Adding sound was interesting, because I wanted to implement the ability to load sound effects from the Stuff folder (for modding purposes). It turned out to be pretty easy! I am using Unity's WebRequest feature, which I've used for images and 3d models in the past. We will want to test it on a bunch of computers though to ensure it actually works.
Next time, I plan to work on something besides the Hemicranian, just to get my mind off it and come back to it with fresh eyeballs. Possibly something spooky. Seeya then!
