Didn't expect to finally be able to make textures that were really dirty so they were worthy of high-quality close-up screenshots. The level of difficulty is really annoying but the knowledge is indeed expensive.
First download the mod here:

After that overwrite with my file. Very simple. This is just a textures and meshes adjustment as a replacer.
