Alpha time! 1.16.5 and 1.18.2

Both are up to date with the same guns, many bugs from 1.18 fixed, a little bit in 1.16, although mostly the new guns is what was added there, some new compatibilities and fixes with gui's, scope glass, etc etc.

If there are any problems post it to the TaC github, its the best way we can keep track of these!

Next update is going to improve further on server compat, add some guns and new tech, this is especially important for 1.16, since we do plan to stop supporting 1.16, and I do want everyone interested in making an addon to start experimentation with 1.16 (More support such as lots of new fields for different weapon styles, allows for more datapack customization, etc etc)

Possibly what 1.16 will include is the fabled and half working upgrade bench, a new crafting screen, and some of the further improvements to compatibility and ease of use.

FYI: Rigs are completely dead, I am going to rewrite it's entire inner code for handling it's inventory, (1.18 only.)
