Stage 22 in Editing

I've had large chunks of this heavily outlined for months and in some case fully written since the the beginning of R0. This would have been out a lot sooner, but I lost a week and a half of time recovering from surgery.
Anyway, In the Light of Victory is (mostly) upbeat and celebratory with good things coming to everyone involved. The next stage, In the Shadow of Victory, will be interwoven with this one and will (mostly) cover the darker consequences of R1.
