So….this is an episode I laughed hard at…like how I used to in the other campaigns. And if I may weigh in on your experimenting in person/via zoom: the chemistry in the episodes (including the mixed bag of hilarious-ness on energy drink taste tests) where you are present together is AMAZING. The razzing makes me smile. Emotions in a room are so contagious that those big, juicy, thicccccc sode moments hit harder. The stakes feel (as a listener) higher because there is a collective/vocal care about everyone’s reactions in the room. It’s palpable. It shines in campaign 1. The zoomed episodes have terrific stories and lore that is uninterrupted and easy to listen to. However, they feel a little more mechanical. So in summary, I think the zoom episodes make the players have far too much respect for murph. Tehe

I imagined the WHOLE fight with that track playing over everything LOL I ACTUALLY want to produce this AMV Video starts, they’re in rope trick, the song starts, they’re sitting there, watching- watching the enemy intercut stills of Billy and Grimdung talking together Then the chorus hits, hahahah, cut to Billy and co appearing out of nowhere already casting fireball “Come on come on” Cut to the wyvern twisting its neck to deflect it with this manic look on its face, chorus continues “Turn a little faster” “Come on come on” cut to Zirk’s gun flashing “The world will follow after” And it just keeps cutting back and forth to still images of everyone beating the shit out of each other after every, “come on come on” Hank mounting the beeto “Come on come on” Wyvern drops When the song ends, Pan out to Billy and Grimdung giving each other the finger Fade to black I NEED IT
