Hoo boy as a Scottish person I'm struggling... I'm struggling. I'd love to see a Scottish character that isn't a "rough and ready holds his drink well dwarf with a beard" one day. It can be a little discouraging to only ever see stereotypes of Scottish people used when it comes to d&d character building. Loving the show and the episode of course! Just putting it out there, it would be refreshing to not feel stuck in that box

I'm loving the Oops It's Rogues situation. Caldwell has inspired me to try out a Battlemastermind build someday - though I won't make them Scottish, so as not to infringe. :)

I remember listening to a shadowfell short rest where the two crew discussed other characters they'd play. Emily described wanting to play an intelligent character, Jake said he might play somebody who wasn't hot and Caldwell had in mind a Scottish barbarian. So far two of the three characters have come true this campaign. I'm so excited that we finally FINALLY get to experience Caldwell's awesome accent in all its glory.
