I'm so thankful to Caldwell and Murph for depicting a toxic parent and a child trying to distance themself from that parent for the sake of their own sanity. I have been really enjoying Eldermourne but I think this sode is where it truly blossomed. I loved campaign 1 and I loved the difference of campaign 2. The slog up the mountain was great, pivoting during Caldwell's absence with the Hexbloods and Lou's awsome energy was a great and a novel way to flesh out the world. But this sode was the blossoming rose. Hard edged, almost viscous and great mobility from the DM in response to outrageous roleplay and technical work from the players. Outstanding work all round! I loved it and will listen again several times to suck all the joy I can till next week. Thank you Brian, Jake, Emily and Caldwell.

God what an amazing episode! So wonderful! Part of me feels that from the conversation at the end of the Ep, that maybe the Reaper isn’t actually involved! Maybe Moxora (sorry for the spelling) is pulling all the strings? Or that magic was originally controlled by The Reaper before The Trickster gave it to the world?
