I don't know if I'd eat the brisket because I'm a people pleaser who grew up with food insecurity, or if I wouldn't eat the brisket because I grew up in utter filth and now have a thing about food hygiene. I guess it would depend on how I was feeling on the day. Also, I have no idea what brisket is.
