The Holy Kingdom has a problem, a very big problem. Corruption is rising, the rich grow richer, the poor grow poorer, and the divide between North and South has never been greater. The great divide between the two has long been crossed by way of the Holy King, and then, Holy Queen, but when any land stands because of only one figure in it, that land is doomed to destruction.
It is here that Albedo's eyes have fallen, in the hopes that, alone with the one she loves, working her hardest before his very eyes, he might see his way to the heart of a succubus. But Ainz still holds the secret of his change, he is not what he was, and even she doesn't realize all that this now means. She is his greatest sin, and in confessing everything, nothing will ever be the same again.
