Zombie Charizard
Added 2022-09-03 13:51:39 +0000 UTCZombie Charizard is now in the Dropbox waiting for you to print! There are a few versions in the folder for you and they are:
- The full version with no cuts, perfect for the resin printers.
- A split version where the spine meets the head for those of you that want to go bigger.
- A split-head version that has some small flat spots at the back of the neck and the tips of the horns so when printing on FDM, there are solid contact points to the build plate.
Since I test printed this on my resin printer and it came out nicely, I have also dropped in the supported file that I used. It's scaled for a Mars 2 sized printer so if you are scaling the pre-supported, only scale about 5% up or down so that the supports aren't to thin or too thick. The pre-supported files are something I would like to always include with files but obviously take up time. Maybe something for the future if things continue to grow.
I have also included in the folder as well as this post, a screenshot of where my supports are and where I would at least do for the Head on the FDM. If you feel your printer could do with more then go for it, you know your machine best.
The Base for this one doesn't need any supports so just slice it and hit print!
There are more Halloween models coming soon but we will have our first ornamental before then.
