Scyther and Jolteon

Apologies for the late release of these models, it's been a busy month to say the least! Finishing off the poll models is Scyther in both the ornamental and basic version which are in folder #123. It wont be an easy FDM print but I have tried to make it as easy as possible by keeping ornamental designs off the blades and wings so the nozzle isn't bouncing around while trying to print them.

After much anticipation the Articulating Jolteon model is finally here for everyone to print. I would add some supports under the chin just to ensure a smooth print, but other than that you should be good to go.

The poll for the July models closes later today so make sure you get your vote in if you haven't already. I also have a special collaboration project coming out in the next few days and that should be a fun one for FDM and resin printers so stay tuned for that.

Thank you again so much for all of your continued support. This Patreon continues to grow and I am so grateful to each and everyone of you who has supported this endeavour.

Edit: I have done a quick V-2 of Scyther in a standing pose. I wont be able to get a test print in for a few days so if someone beats me to it, let me know if it has an issue standing.

Thats pretty cool! Thanks for posing for minimal supports again makes it so much prettier as a final result.

I can probably do a different pose later today on my lunch break for you

do you have a version for resin printer because I do a lot of the prints on my resin printer only the much larger prints I do is on my FDM printer

Seth Brambley

It would make it harder to print the blades for sure. You would need supports on the tips printing upwards and that's always dicey whether it will print clean. If everyone had resin printers then the poses could be a little more dynamic but most have FDM so it needs to be suitable for that too

amazing work brotha and question was there no way to have him standing up or would that make things harder to print

Seth Brambley

Thank you!

This is the best way to start the morning! I cannot wait to print Jolteon when I get home from work!
