I can't get anything to download, keep getting a 404 error and have attempted to go through support from CollegeKings website but none of the links work. Downloaded the launcher finally for the first game and there's a link to download update which I hope is everything up to Act IV release but that link doesn't work either. Seriously frustrated.

try resetting the launcher which you'll have redownload the game via the launcher which im in the process right now and not having issues. and also someone mentioned it further up in the comments hence the reason im doing it.

Hey Steve, Just tried the launcher. Login, download etc. worked perfectly. But when I press the play button, I get the following message: OOPS! Unable to find the game executable, is the game installed? I can still play the game, but only if I find it manually in File Explorer. Do you know of this problem?

If you are trying to login with Google it will not work. Make sure to set a password in the setting page on the patreon website and login with this password afterwards

It seems that if your patreon account is connected to your Google account the login does not work. ( using "goole" to login)

I downloaded the launcher successfully but i cant sign in to the patreon account from the launcher. i signed up via google, and while continue with google was an option it did nothing

on my pc the launcher shows the game version is still at version 10 even though it has been successfully downloaded and extracted the latest version. anyone know how to fix it?

Can't I download into D:\? Because I don't have that much space left in C:\

OK MINE IS UP AND RUNNING. Here's what i did to get it working windows version, however has tips for MAC Version as well. first time i stuffed up because i installed the launcher inside my collage kings game folder, it seemed to work right up until the extracting, then if failed. Then i was told we shouldn't have installed the Launcher in my games folder, I should have let it install in the [[ C:\Program Files ]] folder, and that the launcher is meant to find the game and update it. So i uninstalled the launcher, [[[[ yes i have the newest version ]]]], I also made sure the [[ C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\college-kings-act3-launcher-updater ]] FOLDER DELETED, then i reinstalled it in the [[ C:\program Files ]] folder, And made sure Launcher was installed for All Users., And for MAC users install the Launcher where ever the standard install location is for Apple Mac Programs. I then started the Launcher again and then i clicked on the Avatar at the top right of the launcher [[ it looks like a circle with the shadow of a face in it ]] and hit the RESET button so it is researching for my game, then i closed the launcher, then reopened it, then i hit the download button. it redownloaded and then Extracted correctly and started without a hitch. hopefully this can help all or most people.

As I have to play through all acts again now...Do I have to do this every time when there as an update or new act (Act 4 Part 2 for instance) ?

ok installed launcher, but as soon as i try to log in it won't work, i click on continue with google, type in my email and password, then it says one moment please, with a circle rotating clockwise twice, then it goes back to the login screen, i click on continue with google, it pops up one moment please with circle spinning clockwise twice and then back to login screen.

you need to extract the files. Some of them are compressed and are needed to play the game

Mine says "unable to find the game executable. Is the game installed?" All i did was download the new launcher. Says V. 0.1.1 and 14.0.2

Kiwi I can't comment & when you go to the library to meet Chloe and you go to pick an option it's an error after that, can't ignore as from there it stays in error mode. Simplr just straight up doesn't work anymore.

man all im tryna do is just play the game, I can't even get It downloaded. :/

And on windows I was just about done downloading and extracting and download just failed and corrupted, had to reset download all over again.

On Mac I can’t download the game in the launcher, I click the download button and nothing happens, reset config many times and re downloaded launcher a few times and nothing fixed.

Mac Launcher not work on my m1 max macbook pro.....on my Windows 11 pc, Launcher can't download any file...

launcher is perfect the game just goes wonky as soon as you support Lindsay and have to select an approach. Then crash central, ignore just brings more errors. either approach results in the errors

Have to ask - how long should the update take? I restarted the launcher, and it's been 'extracting' for over an hour and a half, now...

Hey Steve, first time using the launcher. When I open the game through the launcher I can tell there are acts missing. I think im missing two or three and four isnt there either. I downloaded directly from this post here. Any idea what the problem might be? I tried what you suggested in an earlier comment but it said it failed to extract

poor guys(undergrad) im having issue too but i can only imagine the panic stations where they are every time theres a release.. instead of sitting back for the night and being ahhhh we did it.. they have to deal with this lol

hey! just reinstalled the launcher over the old one and downloaded the patch but when i went to start playing and continue through my save there was no act 4? it just says where i saved last that act 4 is coming soon get acesss, and there also are none of the new scenes in the sex scenes tab so essentialy i dont think i have act 4 on the launcher, i downloaded it and there is no option in the launcher for me to download anything else just "Latest update" anyway to fix this?

If your launcher is saying v14.0 but the ingame version (main menu) says 13.1.2, the immediate fix is to go to options in the launcher (profile pic / avatar in the top right corner) and click RESET CONFIG button. After that exit and login to the launcher again and download a fresh copy of the game. This will give you Act IV Part 1.
