One of the new additions in this update is the ability to change Wifey's relationship status with Jamal on the NTR routes. For those of you who are feeling anxious on the hard NTR paths and feel like you need to have some additional control, you can end things between Wifey and Jamal. This option will not be available for hardcore playthroughs. For the hard NTR path, if you want Wifey and Jamal to progress further in their relationship, you'll need the PC to fail several checks in pleasing Wifey in the previous updates.
In the soft NTR scenario, the requirements will be less harsh, and you will have the same choices. Stay tuned for more!

Hey, on the route with Lisa, things will be just as wild or even more. The other routes will be more tame.

Also 3Diddly will there be hardcore bodymod stuff later on like in Hannah's corruption. Full on prostitute looking tattoos and more intimate piercings later on or do you plan on having that aspect of the game be more toned down ?
