What is it that you like most in a harem game?

Well more than harem, I prefer individual routes for each girl but to try to answer the question: I like it when the harem members' lives are better for being in the harem. As in, what do the gain that makes it worth the trouble of having to deal with it (possible hurt feelings and jealousy and all)? The MC also has to have things or qualities that all the girls want or find desirable (which I guess adds to the image of the fantasy). In reverse, the harem member should be desirable or "special" to want her in the harem despite the complication (I voted for reverse NTR for this reason). Another main draw of harems is the variety of women. They each should stand out enough to provide something that another member can't (not just talking about looks here).
