Bondage/handcuff poses would be a good place to start. Would personally love some pegging options (a simple switch of existing anal poses with the chick wearing a strapon should work), but I'd make it optional as I know it's not everyone's cup of tea. Alternatively or additionally you could make a dungeon-themed room, which gives existing poses a bit more kink to it simply due to the background.

BDSM content is exactly what´s still missing. Cuffs, ropes, gags available to buy and and add optional to the scenes sounds great. And maybe a special studio with some devices.

If you try recruiting the models from the map enough you will find that what you want is already in the game. In the same play-through I've encountered numerous models that have only been interested in girl/girl, or girl/girl and solo. I've hired models that have been pure solo models without the "camgirl" trait. I've also encountered models that have only been interested in FFM, MMF, and Gangbang. I've also encountered models with no interests (though that seems very rare). Also what's your Talent Search PA for? Or you can offer a contract for only girl/girl scenes. The games algorithm may not give you exactly what you want. However, the game has the tools for you to manipulate the situation to the point that your imagination can do the rest of the work.

I agree against the underground market, but what would the point in models with no availability be? There would be no reason to even consider hiring them. The individual likely wouldn't even be interested in an interview if they knew what the job offer was for.

You could make the BDSM stuff an optional content of regular scenes. So when you schedule the scene, you can check a box that enables it. Maybe add various stages of softcore to hardcore and make it a preference for models. Higher preference unlocks more hardcore stages.

Not a big fan, specially of the hardcore stuff, but if it's not mandatory, of course why not ? I could also pick some stuff i like more, like leach/collar. So if it's modular and allows us to pick what we like, go for it !

Start with some simple costumes and positions. Blindfold, gag, collar, leather cuffs and shibari ropes are the basics. Maybe start with "bound sex" acts which would just be modified versions of existing ones, such as arms bound behind the back. New scenes, suspended is a good one since you can animate it using any orifice. Scenes of punishment such as the main character wielding a paddle, riding crop or whip would be good while model is suspended, on a wooden horse or bound to an X-frame. Your choice if you want to do anything three-way or gangbang later. Mechanics wise, definitely something some models would have a preference for. Maybe double the amount of exhaustion to ones that don't and half the amount of exhaustion for those that do.

handcuffs would work if i can make some dynamic animations. like hands pinned to one spot. jail isnt in coz i'd need to write some content for that. some random events or expand the cops storyline to include the place. maybe not a bad idea.

Well, you already have cops in the game. Might be a good starting place to create handcuff scenarios. In addition to just being able to handcuff their hands behind their backs, maybe add objects to existing scene locations that the actors / actresses can be handcuffed to (like a handrail in the shower, a bed post on the bedroom location, the steering wheel in the car, etc.). Plus, why not a jail cell location?
