I'll be implementing achievements after the release of day 3. I wanna take some time and get some unique stuff in there that would be engaging, not just some basic "progress this far" achievements. There's gonna be some of those too, but I want most to be either funny or interesting. Example: "vampire (s)layer" -- we'll have to see if Steam accepts it though. Achievements are visible to anyone, so they're pretty strict with the content.
