Important Gain Access To The Discord

Hi Everyone! So I've finally done something that I should have done a long time ago, made the M.E.M.E.S Discord Patreon only.

This means that to gain access and view the Discord and all the channels you need to link your Patreon to your Discord account. This will allow the Bot to give you a role based on your tier on Patreon. This means that the server is going to be a much better place and ensures that everyone actually on the server is actually a Patreon member!
