1897 TF dress
Added 2019-08-28 18:17:01 +0000 UTCA dress for your XIX century toddler girls, inspired by a real, 1897 portrait by Józef Pankiewicz. The sleeves are not as cool and crazy as in the original, as I was afraid of some major clipping happening in there; still, they are the biggest puffed sleeves I've ever seen on any TS4 toddler outfit :).
Also, the girl in the portrait is 7 years old, which makes her a child even by my long-toddlerhood standards... But I don't have any children in my game yet and before they age up it'll be way too cold to wear this very summery dress. And I make my CC mostly for my own use, so... Yeah. I ended up making a toddler version.
All LODs, loads of solid swatches, works on all body types. There is some clipping in toddler chairs simply because the skirt is huge. It was thoroughly playtested, of course, but if you notice any issues, please let me know!
