Frankenstein animation (DEAD) PROCESS/preview

I will start out with a rough-ass sketch, paint the bg, sketch in the characters as a sort of visualisation of what i want the end to look like (mostly to figure out the colours, where i'm gonna shade or blur or whatever), and then finally the animation.

As always, the background looks like it belongs in an art museum and the animation of the kids walking with the windmill moving is so smooth as always. I already this the same thing like too many times on your other work, but it's beautiful and wonderful! Can I ask, cause I probably forgot and want a reminder, is the Frankenstein DEAD animation for a music video or is it for something else? As well as that, in your opinion, what percentage would you say how much the animation is currently completed?
