April 2021 WIP Update

Hello loyal Patreons! 

Another month has passed us by and so it's time to take a look back at the last 30 days and see what's been happening.

So it's been a pretty big month, not only have we finished animating Aquatica Erotica but we've even had the rough cut come out today! We are still only halfway through the render but it's smooth sailing now since all the little individual scenes that only take 2 hours to render are done so I can just let it run all night on the big file now until we get to the end.

As usual I'm spotting all sorts of things that are wrong and need fixing & then re-rendering, but that's just the way she goes. Unfortunately there is one really big scene that will need re-doing all the way from the start, but should still only be a night to render.

Same as before I'm going to power through the whole render before I go back and render the correction since I can still work on editing the end while we wait for the render to catch up.

As this is an official MasterDan Featured Production it will go on 1 week early access for Blue Belt ($10) and up. I feel confident that the early access at least will be available by the end of the month, if not the full public one so we're really super close. Hopefully this time next month we'll be looking back on a successful release!

In other big news, as I'm sure you're all aware the new Kingdom Hearts model have debuted! I'm very pleased with them and can't wait to start putting them through their paces. What I've been doing in the meantime is getting everyone ready for naughty fun so they now all have nipples, genitalia and pubic hair so they are pretty much ready to go to Blender.

They all have some degree of adjustments I want to make in Blender to get them the way I want them. Tweaking eye positions, doing further texture edits, stuff like that. I also need to hang on a few days for the Patreon money to pay out as I need to buy some male Daz modelling bits because they guys all need their eyes fixing and their bodies shaped & thus far I've only been focusing on stuff for my female talent.

First one I want fully operational is Riku since Riku x Aqua will be animation #1.

As for when I'm going to start the next round of KH animations, well I've got one or two more short projects I want to finish in SFM first. I cancelled Nani x Ariel in favour of Nani x Lifeguard in a cool 69 scene where the camera is circling round them. Should be fun. I'm playing around with the early blocking for that.

There is a very simple Mei loop coming. I've blocked that out too, but that's a real simple 4-5 second job.

I'll also probably do one more Symmetra x Mercy short as well and by then I hope I'll have Riku & Aqua fully ready to go.

You can probably expect some KH pictures with the new models sooner rather than later though. I'm going to want to practice some basic posing and lighting first and that seems like a good way to do that! Plus I need a banner for KH content with the new models.

While these short one are being done we'll also be getting stuck into the Medli Cucks Link animation, but we wont start that in earnest until we're done with Aquatica Erotica, so we'll probably talk more about that next month. I'll do some previews on the discord soon and would have done so already if the KH models hadn't been such a success and dominated the discord instead. We'll hang on a bit for Medli for when I've less to show and talk about.

And finally, poor Eldar Narn has had another quiet month, as it tends to when we're doing the crunch on a big project so kind of nothing to report on this. Myriil is helping some priestesses with move a statue and they are being ungrateful. It's not a momentous section & the good bit (as always) was Erolith being an arsehole. But we'll be back to the princess in a few pages where I'll start throwing small, insignificant seeming things at you that turn out to be huge in 4 books time. Just you wait, 15 or so years....
