Opening Up A Bit
Added 2024-10-28 00:26:28 +0000 UTCI have to admit, I put off starting a Patreon for a long time. It’s already difficult enough coming up with content and putting it out on a day in, day out basis. In my mind, how in the world could I possibly keep up with doing MORE of that?
How wrong was I?
Social media is a bit of a toxic, ruthless place to share content. You can reach so many people, from all over the world, but the algorithm rules your ability to do so.
Every piece of content I put out, I have to think about broad scale appeal. Does this grab your attention fast enough? Will people watch the whole thing? Should I shorten it more? Clip out that cute little bit so it’s a bit shorter and retains viewers longer?
It’s important, and it works, but it SUCKS.
I think that’s why I already love this platform SO much.
I can share all the fun little things that I’m working on around the farm. Things that don’t immediately scream CAPYBARA. Or I can share the full 4 minute video of Pumpkin eating a fun snack that I had to trim to a minute.
Getting to share to a group who really wants to see the ins and outs, and loves the minuscule details of caring for our animals?
It’s already so much more fun and rewarding than I ever imagined.
So thank you guys so much! We’re so happy to have you here!

Although I adore capybara, I also enjoy watching videos of other animals, especially their interactions. They are all wonderful. So I'm glad to see all the videos. I like the way you take care of the animals 💚✨ and the living conditions they have🏡.

That said getting to see the BTS workings is great and eye opening I of course love all the animals that you post and the work you do is amazing. Never been quicker to support a patreon than I have this one
