Added Featured Tags

Yes you will be able to see some sketches, but they are old posts that were at that tier at one point. I did not feel it was right to alter rewards that were already posted.

I could add the tiers to the tags on each post, but I am only allowed 5 tags per post. I am also only allowed 5 featured tags. So if you'd rather see something else featured, let me know.
