Google docs shows everyone that has the document open. Not too big a deal, but definitely leans my vote towards patreon.

2018-04-06 02:56:04 +0000 UTCI marked Patreon but my favorite is when it gets sent as text in my email from Patreon instead of just a Patreon link in the email. That way I can just read it in gmail without having to navigate or log into any websites.
