Crystal smiled at herself–this was how she was meant to look.
Confident. Beautiful. Not a hint of anxiety behind her eyes. The side of her that not many ever got to see, but the side of her that felt true–dressed for the nines in all black, makeup on point, her hair billowing up like a natural crown, and a sultry diaper taped snugly between her thighs.
Others might see the diaper between her legs as a source of embarrassment or weakness, but not Crystal. She knew who she was. The diaper was a release of her need to focus on the little things, a statement that she had no insecurities. If someone saw the absorbent garment and giggled, that was their own mistake.
Radiating self assuredness, she tried to capture this moment in her mind. To remember the powerful woman in her mirror, so that when she found herself out of her armor in the morning, she’d have a fraction of the confidence of the woman she saw in the mirror then, the woman without shame or anxiety.
Turning on her heels, finally, she strode towards the door, sashaying her crinkling bottom. This would be a night to remember.
