You ever start on something that you think is going to be quick and easy and fun, and then it swells and expands rapidly, becoming fuller and much hotter than you'd intended for it to be?

Anyways, that kinda happened with me. I've been really putting myself into my writing, trying to make stories that really spark joy, that are as good as I can possibly get them, and...

Well...

I started on what was supposed to be a one-shot to finally get caught up on the end of March.

It ended up being ten thousand words spread across three parts.

So, uh... that's going to be coming soon to a Patreon near you, just as soon as it's gone through editing. This will be taking the place of last month, this month, and next month's Patreon-exclusive one shot, probably posted at one-week intervals so I spread it out a little.

I'm hoping to keep up this pace and be caught up by the end of the month otherwise, at any rate. At the moment, the bottleneck is editing, but I've gotten back on track in terms of my writing pace and feel like I can write just about anything right now!

I just need two chapters of The Baby Bet, one of Diaper U, and a one-shot of some kind, and I'll be right back where I should be for April and ready to hit May fresh. That's... still kind of a lot, but as long as I don't end up writing a prequel novella to The Baby Bet by accident, things should be fine.

...Oh, and that's not all that's coming soon. ;) I can't say, yet, but I've had something brewing for a while that I'm very excited to release in just a few days.
