Training Update!

I hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to provide a quick update for all the things I have cookin.
1. The next version of the guide is being worked on. I'm going to do my best to make things as clear as possible, and include the following in the next big update for Version 8:
A. Specific steps to reach, like milestones
B. My own personal experiences, including how I felt and how it affected me
C. New topics
D. General updating of old information and practices
2. Quick reminder: You must have a Discord account to enter my Discord training server; it's where all the magic happens.
3. I have plans to release a Bedwetting only version of the next training guide. While training for bedwetting while also holding onto your daytime control is be possible, you may still experience a lesser bladder capacity during the day.
