Civ 6 Azeria Mod

If anyone wants to help out, let me know in Discord. I've created a private channel for discussing the topic. I'll try to do most of the base work, but if we want it extra fancy with unique models for Unique Units, or there's anything requiring real coding, that is beyond my skills.
I can comfortably do XLM by hand if needed, and modify existing LUA code within limits, but not more than that, and I will be starting by using the toolkit.
