Ray finally reveals his ability. I like how he starts by acknowledging that he wasn't ready. That his intention was to be the best hero his vigilantism could provide. But he wasn't ready in terms of control, skill, and experience, which caused complications for the citizens and his family. It's kind of sad to see Al in jail. Granted, attacking Ray and Asuka put him into this situation, but having Ray be rewarded for ruining his life drove him to the breaking point. I like how the speech has him react as if Ray is apologizing to Al for all the trouble he caused him. Not sure if Al will be released or if he will forgive Ray, but I am glad that he takes part in Ray's hero journey.
