Bard - College of Clownery (Yes this is horror-themed)

Hello good hunter,

So this bard was originally meant for Steinhardt's guide, but I could never quite fit it in there, and I don't feel like I have any upcoming compendiums where it will completely match either.

I decided to put in the Trench War Compendium because many horrors happened there, and this is heavily horror inspired.

You'll see that it refers to the Madness system, this is meant to be the one in Steinhardt's Guide to the Eldritch Hunt.

I'm unsure whether to include that in or not, because I don't think I can tactfully approach something like PTSD.

I'm curious about your thoughts on that one!
