Added 2024-05-27 21:04:40 +0000 UTChey! this is just a quick little notice to implore you: while it's absolutely not your job to keep on top of these things and the buck of course stops with me, never ever ever be hesitant to nudge me if i seem to have forgotten or am taking ages with one of your doodles!
please don't be shy, i'm not gonna be mad, i want people to get in touch if it's a concern! the last thing i wanna do is seem like i'm just taking people's money and never delivering and while there are times i must be doing that inadvertently, i promise it's less a case of willful neglect and more disorganisation/taking on too much. i'm never ever gonna ghost you, and will reply to whatever concerns you have! also refunds are not outta the question either if you've given me an idea and i've taken too long with it!
