Study to get back in the flow of things

While I was on break, I realized I both need and want to do more studies (and use more male characters to avoid temptation in the process). For this one, I tried to bring the character's pose and anatomy as close to the reference as possible without tracing, training my eye. I did learn a bit with just this one attempt, as I often found myself correcting mistakes shortly after making them.
If anyone else is interested, the website I used for reference is called Quickposes; it's intended for gesture studies, but you can use it for longer-form studies too.
