The consensus is clear: there’s a strong appetite for more NPC artwork, whether it’s part of the regular four monthly posts or as an extra bonus drop. Based on the results, I’ll be mixing it up — some months you’ll see tokens in the core lineup (1/4 posts), and other months (like this month!) they’ll appear as a bonus 5th post, depending on my workload and content pipeline.

If you're looking for more suggestions, I would also love maybe packs focused on each season/villain of Dragon Heist? E.g. for fall, J's many disguises (list here https://www.reddit.com/r/WaterdeepDragonHeist/comments/dzpmy7/jarlaxles_alter_egos/ ), the 3 drow gunslingers (they have concept art but only the generic monster art ended up in the book, but they have different weapons and personalities), and the mechanical dragon turtle (from the Mistshore encounter in Ch 4, which I want to work into any season it's too fun!). Another fan favorite from my groups is Old Xoblob, both loved him and there isn't any official art (from Ch 1). Maybe also the 3 urchins? They do have official art but R20 doesn't have tokens for them, and they can appear in a lot of different places (don't have to but can be fun). (Edited to remove request for Lif - I see him in this pack, hooray, and thanks!)

Iokaste, the ower of the Pink Flumph; Maxeene, the secret Harper agent; Uza, the bookseller; Sir Ambrose, champion of Kelemvor; Gaxly Rubberbush, the news publisher; the harbor-visiting Zelifarn; Hlam, the hermit; etc.
