This is my interpretation of a portion of the Southern Ward of Waterdeep.
Waterdeep Southern Ward. The "poor" ward of Waterdeep, often referred to as Caravan City due to the large number of caravan merchants.
This is Release 1 for the Southern Ward and starts out with 251 buildings.
