Commercial Use

WotC Fan Content

Tych Maps recreates maps that are from published adventures alongside original content. These maps are all freely available on my Patreon and on Reddit (u/tychmaps). These maps are unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy. Not approved/endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. ©Wizards of the Coast LLC.

Any of my works that utilizes the Fan Content Policy is subject to that policy - meaning that you must also adhere to it should you wish to use my work in your project.

Use of Original Content

Use of completed works (maps) - Finished map products are intended for personal use in private games.

If you are streaming or otherwise sharing your game publicly, the following is required:

• Credit Tych Maps in the video/stream description, including a link to my Patreon.
• Include mention of maps verbally within video/stream at least twice (ie. in intro, outro)
• Notify me of use of my work - send me an email or discord message to discuss use of my work
• If your video/stream is monetized you must be subscribed at the Merchant tier for the duration of your project + 2 months past the end date of your project, with a minimum of 2 post/month ($40CAD) for the duration.

Use of assets - Assets (raw .png images) and Dungeondraft asset packs may be licensed for commercial use. If you wish to use Tych Maps assets in your project, the following is required:

• Credit Tych Maps in the finished product description, including a link to my Patreon.
• Notify me of use of my work - send me an email or discord message to discuss use of my work
• You must be subscribed at the Merchant tier for the duration of your project + 2 months past the end date of your project, with a minimum of 2 post/month ($40CAD) for the duration.

You can use my assets for any personal or non-commercial works. If sharing your map publicly (ie. on reddit) mention that Tych Maps assets were used in the description of the map.

Use of map files - Dungeondraft map files are provided strictly for non-commercial, private use. You can use my map files, rework them and modify them to fit your game as much as you want or need. However, you cannot use my map files, rework them, and then publish them as your own work, either for free/public or for commercial use.  Reworked maps may be used in streams or videos if they adhere to the section above.
