Welcome to the Cassalanter's Villa in the Sea Ward of Waterdeep - a display of opulence at any cost....
This was a big one - lots of levels, lots of specifics! Let's start with positioning this one on the site - it took a while to decide how to do it as the book mentions the 'grounds' and an 'outer gate', but the map included doesn't show this. Ultimately I settled for what I had in front of me - a GM's Map of Waterdeep that shows the Villa as such - sitting on the street without much of a 'grounds' or setback - it also puts it much more in line with other maps such as the Gralhunds (which clocked in at 45x40, because we both know the Cassalanter's care that theirs is bigger...).

Otherwise things are pretty well by the book - odd sizes, too-small rooms, and all. For example the Cassalanter's own 3 carriages - but only 1 fits in their Coach House as drawn. They also have a staff of 10 cooks - which occupy a tiny kitchen on the main floor. There are likely a few other small oddities similar to this, but I did my best with to balance 'true-to-reference' and what could actually physically work.

Files. You will find the zip files attached below for all 6 levels (cellar, 1-4, roof), both day and night, in Roll20 Free, Roll20 Paid and Foundry VTT files. Roll20Free is a .jpg < 5MB, Roll20Paid is a .jpg < 10MB, Roll20 maps are at 70 and 140 px per grid cell respectively and FVTT is 100 px per grid cell. There is also a DM overlay (transparent PNG image keyed to the source book) for all levels.

Note: FVTT REPACK files - an earlier version had incorrectly exported the wall lines for some levels. The FVTT REPACK files corrects these issues.
