Xanathar's Lair - Waterdeep Dragon Heist (All Tiers)

Eyes.  Eyes everywhere.

After a slightly longer gap in releases, I'm back with the first villain lair from Waterdeep Dragon Heist - Xanathar's Lair!  

The overwhelming sense I got from reading the book is that you should feel watched; and you should probably feel uneasy about it as a player.  There's eyes on the stairs, in the hallways - and where there's not a scrying sensor is probably right around the corner.  I really tried to convey that with my mapping visually - and there were a lot of eyes to add.  Colors wise I tried to pull as much as I could from the key art (kind of an orangish/sandy tone in the one running through the halls) and added some color here and there for various magical glows.  

The only minor changes/other things to note are that there are less than the noted dozen bunks in X9 (as there wasn't really room).  Also if you're players spend time looking at the model maze in X11 it won't help them - it doesn't match the actual maze in X12.

Foundry/Unversal Map Files (dd2vtt) Users: first off - sorry for all the lights - you can probably delete most of them as they are really for floor highlights more than anything.  Secondly, no secret doors were added - they are just flush walls right now, but add in the GM layer and they should all be tagged with an "S".  Finally watch some of the grates (portcullis/bars) - there are tiny walls there to get the light effect - that might restrict token movement (not entirely sure).

• Level 1- 80x74
• Level 0 - 60x30

Files. You will find the zip files attached for both levels of Xanathar's Lair in whichever format you need. Roll20Free is a .jpg < 5MB, Roll20Paid is a .jpg < 10MB, FoundryVTT is a .dd2vtt file. Roll20 maps are at 70 and 140 px per grid cell respectively and FVTT is 100 px per grid cell. There is also a DM overlay (transparent PNG image keyed to the source book) for both the main and lower level.
