Cellar Complex - Waterdeep Dragon Heist - Encounter 9 (All Tiers)

Cellar Complex. A dirty, dusty, old, abandoned cellar complex. This mini dungeon connects into the expansive sewer network of Waterdeep.

Map Notes. These maps were...surprisingly empty.  That wasn't my choice for the record – the source book notes that most of these rooms are empty – dirt, dust, rubble and cobwebs, maybe a crate or furniture here and there but otherwise most rooms are noted as empty and so that’s how I mapped them.  It did however give me an opportunity to experiment with some dirt/dust/grime overlays to make the rooms appear dirty and unused.

Summer. For the summer encounter, the main difference was adding the street urchin "clubhouse" to area B7 – to do so I added some broken furniture and random trinkets to the room.

Spring. For the spring encounter, the main difference was adding a light fog to the sewer tunnels, the necromancer's beds, and the bones to B11.  I did not include any indication of the skeletons in B10 as those are best suited to tokens but figured the bones in B11 would be fine as it wouldn't be uncommon to find some random bones in an old dusty cellar even if you wanted to swap the B10 skeletons for a different monster type for your players.

Autumn. For the autumn encounter, the main changes were the addition of the worktable and some tools for B7.  The autumn files below all include a token of a mechanical beholder, including a version with some pretty lights if the party tries to activate it.  I decided to make this a token not a map element as who knows, maybe you want the beholder to attack your players on sight instead of just being a half-broken parade float prop (...maybe I'm too cruel to my players if that was my first thought...)

As this map is down in the sewers, the zip files below have just a single map for each season (no day/night/variants).

Files.  The zip files below are organized in 3 seasons and 3x folders per season: Roll20Free for smaller 70px images; Roll20Paid for larger 140px images; FoundryVTT for 100px dd2vtt files compatible with multiple VTTs. There is an additional folder for the Printable maps which are 140px gridded images in black and white.
