This is my interpretation of Mausoleum - Encounter 4 from the module Waterdeep Dragon Heist.
Mausoleum. In Waterdeep's City of the Dead lies many family mausoleums. The graveyard is open to Waterdavians during the day and doubles as a park and public space; but closes at night as hundreds of driftglobes descend to the area for reasons unknown.
