This is my interpretation of Mistshore - Encounter 2 from the module Waterdeep Dragon Heist.
Mistshore. Located in Waterdeep's Dock Ward, it is a riotous assemblage of ramshackle homes scattered amongst the docks and the remains of a beached pirate ship Kraken's Folly. The burnt our remains of buildings from an old fire are scattered in the southwest corner; the rest of the buildings don't look much better.
