This is my interpretation of Street Chase - Encounter 3 from the module Waterdeep Dragon Heist.
Street Chase. Down the alley, they dart around the corner out of sight, the party gives chase, hot on their heels. Rounding the bend they emerge onto the main street, wagons going every which way as the fleeing escapee heads for the market...and on the chase goes. A classic movie chase scene ready for your D&D game.
