Misty is one of my favorite gym leaders in the series' history. I've always liked how she originally had just a Staryu and Starmie, and the depiction of the Cerulean City gym is usually very cute (ESPECIALLY in Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee).
I've been working super hard on the OJST comic but took a break yesterday to make this for funsies. I'll post the process of it here probably tomorrow, when I post the finished image on my social media, but y'all get it first! It'll be available as a print in my shop, as well.
This piece was created start to finish in Procreate on ipad.
