Brushing fur

In this short clip, I'm using the smudge brush to add some fluff and texture to the markings layer, making the fur look more realistic and soft. Enjoy! ποΈβ¨

I use smudge brush and software is TvPaint Animation :) But i believe any smudge brush in any software will produce the same effect :D
