AOT Rays Of Heaven Ch 11 : First Dungeon Open

It was pretty hard but I ultimately was able to do it.

Energy.

Once again I took out my knife and started to put focus on my energy. It this actually very similar to Chi from the Iron Fist TV series. Well, at least still now I have found it like that.

In front of my eye, the knife was bathed in golden colour. It was very faint but it was strong.

I looked at the truck of the tree and got ready. There were already multiple marks on it as I was practising it.

With a shout, I swing my knife and another deep cut appears.

"Yes, this is no mistake. I am sure that this is working quite similarly to wind chakra enhancement in Naruto.

Now after finally testing this out, my mind wondered where else I could use it, like can I use it like how we see in Iron Fist?

Can I use it to increase my speed or raw strength?

I got really curious about it now. But unfortunately, I don't have enough time to test out this energy thing anymore.

Not to mention, I am tired as hell. Both Mentally and Physically. I also noticed that this power which was much more effective when I started practicing was now fading slowly.

Most likely because I am too tired.

So after finally deciding to call it a day today. I was ready to go. But the time was when I suddenly heard a sound.

I muttered in confusion as the message appeared in front of me. But just then I saw the tree which I was hacking still now started to shine.

I saw the tree which started to emit white light. I could understand what was happening but instinctively I jumped back.

It was pretty beautiful, I have to agree as it looked like a tree of glass and someone put a lot of light inside it.

I looked left and right, seeing where someone is there but no one was so I slowly stepped forward.

Taking a closer look, I slowly raise my hand and touch it.

But the moment my hand touched the bright bark of the tree, it suddenly became more bright. I instinctively wanted to jump back But I found that I could not.

"Ah come on, release my hand," I shouted and pulled but just couldn't.

Soon the constantly increasing light totally engulfs me.

I just couldn't do anything but to close my eyes and wait. Slowly the light started to fall as a cold breeze hit me.

"Shisss that cold," I muttered as I also noticed my exhaustion from earlier was gone. Strange but it happened.

Lowly and steadily the light faded out so that I could finally see.

When I was again capable of seeing again, I noticed that I was not in the forest anymore.

"What in the world...."

I nervously looked around to find anyone but there was no one around.

Shit, just my luck.
