NARUTO PLAYERS OF CHAOS CHAPTER 18 : AKIRA VS ITACHI 2

Kagami was not faring well against Obito. The fight was almost at a standstill.

While none of his attacks were working on the masked man (Obito), he himself was also dodging almost everything the masked man throws at him.

He would have long used his Susanoo here but he did not have enough chakra. Not like Susanoo too will be useful against a person who he can't touch at all.

"You, your Mangekyo is letting you pass through objects right," Kagami said after testing Obito's tricks multiple times he at least understood this much. Obito did not react.

For Obito, it's apparent that other people will realize his true power one day. Especially someone like Kagami who also possess the same Time Space ninjutsu.

"And you can teleport where you want to by just a look." The masked man said to Kagami and Kagami was also sure that by this time Kagami would have noticed his powers.

The fight could have kept on going but suddenly there was a powerful chakra fluctuation happening from the other side of the clan.

Neither Obito nor Kagami knew this but this fluctuation came from where Itachi and Akira were fighting.

"Looks like our fight has come to an end," Obito said and was ready to run away but something happened.

An explosion which was so powerful that everyone in the village would have heard it. The explosion came from the same place from where the chakra fluctuations came.

This time even Obito was surprised at the powerful explosion.

"What is that Itachi doing? He supposes to kill the Uchiha people in silence. Why he is turning into another Deidara" Obito cursed internally and with a swirling portal vanish from there.

Kagami wanted to stop the masked man from running away but he too was stunned by the blasts and reacted late.

He immediately activated his power and vanish from there. Going to the same place where the explosion had happened.

Just a little while ago, before the explosion had taken place. Akira found himself in red world.

"Shit." Akira internally cursed after understanding his situation.

"If I am not wrong then I am under Itachi's Genjutsu. The Tsukuyomi" Akira was now panicking.

He first thought that because Itachi was not using his Genjutsu on him, it was a good thing. Even if the situation goes bad, Itachi might use an ordinary genjutsu on him first before resorting to the Tsukuyomi. He has practised enough to break normal genjutsu. He did was not expecting Itachi to directly cast the Tsukuyomi on him.

What he did not know was that Itachi have already tired his normal Genjutsu on him and he have already unconsciously repelled it with the help of his Tenseigan. His idea that Itachi will not use his Mangekyou powers directly on him was true but its luck was bad.

"It's interesting that you can still save your mind from me to this extend even after I use Tsukuyomi on you." Itachi appear out of nowhere and said to him.

Akira tried to turn around but found that he is roped on a cross like Kakashi was in the anime. "this is not good" Akira was panicking.

"Who are you," Itachi asked. Even after trapping the blue eye kid (whose face he was not able to see because of the masked), he was not able to completely control the world of Tsukuyomi. This says explain that whatever Doujutsu the kid has is much stronger than his own Mangekyo.

"It's a good thing that this kid doesn't know how to use his blue eyes otherwise properly, It would have been really a troublesome situation for me to complete the task." Itachi thought internally.

"Come on Itachi. It's not like I am going to tell you that easily. And let me ask you. Even if I tell you the truth, will believe me. I bet that you will not and keep on torturing me for the next few days" Akira said.

Although he was panicking internally. He still did not lose his cool.

"True, then let me see. For how long you can handle the torture" Said Itachi.

Akira already knew what was about to happen next but that does not mean that he was prepared for it.

In front of him, multiple weapons started to form. He gulp seeing those weapons. He gritted his teeth because the next moment all those weapons directly attacked him and pierce his flesh.

A pain like no other spread across in body. This pain was much more than what he experienced back when he was fighting with the cloud shinobi.

Itachi could have killed Akira directly but he wanted an answer about Akira. Akira knew about him and what he is doing right now.

He also knows Sasuke. He is not only dangerous for Sasuke but he might even cause his plan to fail if he tells the truth to Sasuke. Thus he need to know how much this kid (Akira) knew.

Akira also knew that Itachi can kill him any time after he got trapped inside his Tsukuyomi so he played his card right this time around and did not give Itachi the information which he wanted. And that was the only thing which was keeping him alive.

And thus the torture continued.

After a few hours only, Akira started to lose his momentum. Then, a power again rises inside him. Although last time he did not know what this power was, now he knew that this power was his inborn talent. THE GROWTH.

This power kept him going and going for almost 2 whole days of continuous torture. This power was numbing his pain receptors and giving him enough mental fortitude to handle everything Itachi throw at him.

By the time of almost 3 days of continuous torture, both Akira and Itachi were getting tired and desperate.

It was not like Itachi was not working hard here. Because Akira was continuously resisting with his Tenseigan that Itachi had to work overtime and spend more chakra and power not to mention more mental energy to torture him.

In a way, this was also a test for him. A test for the will and mental fortitude of both Itachi and Akira.

The only thing which was saving Akira was his Growth power boost. But that also came to an end.

Akira could feel that his power is running out and knew that once this last bit of his chakra runs out then he will be over. He needed to break from here.

So after almost 3 days of continuous torture. Akira whose mental state was not totally fine was able to find a breakthrough rather than saving his power back. He started to use it and pour it into his Tenseigan.

This was not something which he did consciously but it just happened. More like a desperate move on his part.

But what happened next was insane.
