Captain N64 - Get Equipped With Frog Suit!

Since it's the last day of both the month and the year and it's been a while since I put something here for free members to look at, and because one of my goals for 2025 is to get at least all the chapters of my Captain N revival (the one I teased the characters for earlier: https://www.patreon.com/posts/captain-n-and-116880225 )

treated, not even necessarily fully-written, just to get the outlines done. Right now I've got the first chapter treated and chapters two through four of a planned thirteen springboarded. I'm not much of a writer so I have no idea if I'm using those words right. For context, the way I'm using them is that a springboard is like a one or two paragraph description of only the most important story beats, like if you're quickly summarizing it to someone, a treatment is still written like how you'd describe it in conversation but in much more detail, like you're giving someone a full play-by-play, and a final script would be in full-detail, everything shown or said in the final product is in the script, one of several long-term goals of mine is to get at least that second one done. So because this project is my hyper-fixation going into the new year, I figured I'd finish the year with another non-final design teased. In this case it's the result of Gregory scanning a Mario 3 e-reader card to equip Breanne with the Frog Suit.

The idea is that the frog suit would look different depending on who it's equipped to, that's why it doesn't look like it does in the game. I imagine on Sylvester it would have fake muscle padding like on a superhero Halloween costume, spiked accessories, and maybe a pair of sunglasses to look like a Battletoad. No idea what it would look like on Kevin, Gregory, or Nick, but as of now a scene of Breanne wearing it during a training montage in the pilot is the only one I have planned, so that's the only one I bothered drawing and I'm not losing sleep trying to come up with the others because they're not important yet. As is said in the text in the corner, this design isn't final, there's a part of me that wants to let my NSFW side bleed into it and make her Frog Suit skimpy, like some kind of frog-kini, because like I said on the other post, the only unironic Captain N fans besides me I'm aware of are Andrew Dobson and MovieBob and having one of the main characters get even just a split-second in a fanservicy costume would rustle their jimmies if this project ever caught their attention. And although I'm a big advocate for IP revivals NOT going out of their way to piss off the fans, in the case of Andrew Dobson and MovieBob it would make me very very happy knowing they would hate it. Honestly I may have just talked myself into it, I can already say now that the possibility this isn't what I go with is more of a probability
