He never cleans up after himself and he's unhygienic af, and he constantly leaves the door to his stinky sweaty bedroom open so it spreads to the other rooms. God I wish I could afford to live alone, but for now I'm gonna celebrate his absence by cleaning everything and being naked all weekend lol.
