Also Nifty isn't a kid, she was in her twenties when she died. A sinner's demonic form is supposed to represent who they were and how they died; they also don't age.

In Hell their are sinners who make deals in exchange for the souls of other sinners which gives them power, these are Overlords like Alastor. Even though Overlords are more powerful than the typical sinner, that doesn't mean that each Overlord is equal to another. Apparently Alastor is stronger than Vox but if Velvette and Valentino boosted Vox they might be able to beat Alastor, might. Also each of the Vees is in charge of a certain entertainment industry: Vox has T.V., Valentino runs a porn studio and Velvette does social media and fashion.
