Also I'm pretty sure that a lot of his Nen goes into fueling the emitter type spells of the game. I could be wrong though.

I'm sure he used his full force in that last throw (though not like gon putting in so much of his nen that he passed out immediately) but that was just sheer nen not a nen ability (assuming hes an enhancer he likely has a different ability than the "14 devils" he can create since that doesn't really fall into enhancer techniques (though even if he doesnt have another ability that just means hes mastered his nen to that degree. So razor didnt hold back within the bounds of it being dodgeball but in a real fight I'm pretty sure he could beat them all no questions asked
